The church is registered and controlled by its members. Below are the church bodies and its decision making structures:
  • Annual conference -The highest decision making body, it sits annually to assess progress of the church and its finances.
  • Midyear conference -The body that takes proposals to be passed by the Annual conference. It assesses progress on the circuit and youth structures.
  • Executive council - The structure that take decision between the mid year and Annual conference.
  • Synod - The body comprise with reverends, Deacons, Evangelist and their wives (Jev’s)

Church Events July 2014

The church held its mid-year conference which was addressed by President V. J Dliso from 11-13 July 2014 at Vryhof near Mafikeng.

The conference was attended by delegates from all 34 circuits.

The conference assessed progress of circuits and prepare for Mandela Day. The conference also discusses how to provide food and clothes for disadvantaged people.

Church Events September 2014

The church will be holding conventions YMG, WPG, and YWPS which will be address by Lady Presidents Jev K. J Dliso and Keikabile from 26-28 September 2014.

All societies will be present. We will celebrate Heritage day at the conventions.

Interaction with Government and Civil Society

2009 - At Atamelang Location- Partnership with Department of Community Safe under MEC YAWU praying for crime under theme “RE RATA LO RE PHELELA” Government assisted us with 100 T-shirts and SAPS Brass Band.

2010 - MEC of Sport, Art and Culture Grace Botman visited us at our Easter held at Leeudorinstad and donated 5 soccer balls and R2000 for our youth.

2012 - Church received donation of food parcels from Atamelang Bus Service and issued them to disadvantaged people at Kraaipan

The chief of Kraaipan was present, we issued Awards to Chief of Kraaipan, Provincial Commissioner of SAPS and Atamelang Bus Services.

2012 - Kraaipan

  • We prayed lead by Police Braas Band for Chief of Kraaipan
  • We prayed at Kraaipan Clinic
  • We prayed at School
  • We clean grave yards

2013 - Ottosdal

  • Church assisted the family of Mosime at Ottosdal to bury their mother who was the church member.

2014 - Kraaipan

  • Church assisted the family of Modise at Kraaipan to bury their mother who was just a community member.

The church will continue to work with Government and all Society to better the life of our people.
